This position is in the Department of Administration, Division of Human Resource Management, in Carson City. The incumbent will be responsible for performing comprehensive personnel functions for a state department, division, or agency. Work may involve employee relations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee development, benefits administration, staffing, and payroll. This incumbent will be responsible for managing a variety of recruitment-related duties such as reviewing and evaluating applications to determine eligibility, workforce planning strategies, and regulation interpretation. Telecommuting options may be available after a training period.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field and three years of progressively responsible professional personnel experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
