The Operations Resource Analyst is responsible for the oversight of resources and budget management within Student Health and Counseling Services (SHCS). The Operations Resource Analyst serves as the budget manager, overseeing complex SHCS fee funded accounts, assuring fiscal solvency as well as to perform strategic planning regarding resource management for SHCS. This position will provide administrative and budgetary support regarding additional fiscal receipts, contracts, management of departmental employee records, and assist in maintaining some records required for maintenance of accreditation, and record/file maintenance in compliance with CSU policies and procedures. The incumbent will assist the Executive Director and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Director with coordination of facility project budget management and long-range operating budget projections. Will critically assist SHCS regarding the electronic record systems, will represent the work unit on key projects within and outside the organization, and maintain working relationships with other campus agencies, as well as outside entities/agencies regarding services, equipment management, and contract oversight. This is a full time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

Anticipated Salary Range: $3,288 - $4,937 per month
