Under the direction of the Vice President for Student Services, the Dean of Student Enrollment Services will oversee and coordinate the development and execution of a comprehensive enrollment management strategy, as well as supervising the college departments responsible for student recruitment and enrollment, including Admissions & Records, Financial Aid, Counseling departments, and the Career & Academic Assessment Center.

Successful candidates should demonstrate familiarity with best practices for enrollment, especially at the community college level; a passion for embracing technology to drive enrollment; and an appetite for predictive analytics. In addition to a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills and a desire to drive innovation are required to be successful in this role. This position works closely with other Instructional and Student Services deans to support a smooth enrollment pathway for all students.

The fee charged by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for the fingerprint report is the employee's responsibility. If you should be offered this position you will be asked to sign a payroll deduction form which will authorize the District to deduct the fee charged by the DOJ from your first paycheck.
