Salary: $39,915.00 - $46,301.00 Annually USD

The Communications Coordinator will perform a variety of clerical and general office duties.
Examples of Duties
Assists with social media outlets, including generating content ideas.
Assists with writing content for articles, social media posts, brochures, and public relation campaigns as needed.
Establishes and maintains files and records; retrieves materials as requested; performs data entry as requested.
Performs research and compiles data for special projects, reports or other publications, by specified deadlines and in accordance with the department's goals and objectives.
Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Develops unique digital and print content specific to public health programs and priorities.
Works to develop culturally and linguistically appropriate messaging consistent with the needs of internal and external stakeholder.
Liaises with internal and external stakeholders across diverse communication platforms.
Supports generation and maintenance of social media and communication content calendar.
Creates visualizations and health promotion materials for community education and information sharing.
Utilizes social marketing to design and implement health promotion programming.
Performs other related duties as required.
High School diploma and a minimum three years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Associate's degree preferred.
This is a grant-funded position that is anticipated to end June 30, 2024.
