Under general supervision of the Dean of the Office of Undergraduate Studies and the lead direction of the Resource and Operations Analyst, the incumbent is independently responsible for a wide range of complex administrative and coordination tasks associated with support of the Office of Undergraduate Studies. The position carries significant responsibility in supporting the First-Year Programs, Service Learning and Civic Engagement, and the Learning and Tutoring Services.. The incumbent must be able to work collaboratively with all levels of professional staff, faculty, and student employees in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is necessary for this position.
