Salary is commensurate with experience.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Special Events staff, the LCA Events Assistant performs intermittent work assisting with events that take place in the College of Liberal and Creative Arts from on-campus and external clients and agencies. Casual Workers also staff the LCA Box Office and assist the LCA Special Events Team meet goals and objectives.

Position Information

Event Technical Support
  • Assist LCA Special Events staff with events.
  • Take and process ticket orders for all LCA events
  • Sell tickets during daily operating hours and at the door
  • Batch process credit card orders and purchases
  • Handle cash, checks

Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in a customer-oriented environment. Cashiering experience or event technical experience.

• Familiarity with LCA and its disciplines.

Pre-Employment Requirements

This position requires the successful completion of a background check.

Eligibility to Work
