The City is seeking qualified candidates for Deputy Financial Services Director, which reports to the Director of Financial Services. The Financial Services Department is responsible for financial activities including Administration, Pension, Accounting, Treasury, Debt Management, Alarm Administration, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, Parking Services, Compliance, and Utility Billing Customer Service. Salary range is $102,544 - $159,702; starting salary is dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the selected individual. The City offers an excellent benefits package. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and nine (9) years of experience; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration and experience in public financial services administration and a CPFO or CGFO certification is preferred.
