Description: Job Summary
The Communications Unit is committed to supporting a campus-wide student-centered approach to marketing and
communications. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Admissions and provides direct
specialized coordination, analysis and research for a variety of projects within the Communications Unit. This
person is a liaison between the Communications Unit and other entities both on- and off-campus in support of the
unit's commitment to the university's integrated marketing and communication goals. Department Summary

Education and Experience
Working knowledge of and ability to apply standard theories, principles, practices, and techniques applicable to market analysis and communications to develop conclusions and make recommendations.
Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and outside regulations pertaining to market analysis and communications.
Working knowledge of operational and fiscal analysis and techniques.
Skill in the research, development and evaluation of policies and programs, including skill in the collection, evaluation, and interpretation of data to develop sound conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
Expertise in investigating and analyzing problems with a broad administrative impact and implications. Ability to anticipate problems and address them proactively.
Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university. Three years of
technical or administrative experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the
required experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for year
Anticipated Hiring Range: $51,000 - $61,800 Per Year
