Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Hospital Security Services Supervisor IIwho under general direction willplan, organize, coordinate and supervise through subordinate supervisors activities and staff involved in a variety of security functions to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry and ensuring the safety of employees, customers, patients and visitors at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center; performs related duties as assigned.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
1.ARMC is a24 hour facility; applicants must be available to work all shifts, includingweekends and holidays. Indicate shift availability on the appropriate place on the application.
2. The work environment may involve exposure to assaultive and combative patients and visitors.
3. Requires completion of Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) training within 60 days of employment and maintenance ofa current MAB certificate.
4. The assignment involves transporting decedents to the hospital morgue.
5. A valid California Class C driver license is required at time of appointment. Employeesare required to drive County vehicles.
6. Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, verification of employment history and education.
Registration: Must possess and maintain a current Guard Registration Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services of California.
Experience: Two (2) years of full scope supervisory experience; supervising security officers whileperforming ALL ormore of the following duties: hiring, firing, writing and signing work performance evaluations, approving time off, etc
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Acute Care Hospital Security Management experience. This person will alsowork successfully as part of a team and possess excellent customer service skills.
