Full-time ($27.62- $38.88per hour)
Part-time ($26.92- $37.89per hour)
The City offers an excellent benefit package and membership in the California Public Employees' Retirement Systems (CalPERS). Retirement formula is based on appointment date and membership status with CalPERS andthe employee is required to contribute 12.35% of pay toward retirement costs.
The eligibility list established from this recruitment will be used to fill future full-time and part-time PoliceCustody Officervacancies as they occur. Appointment to a full-time or part-time position will depend on the department's needs. SELECTION COMPONENTS:

3.Physical Agility Test (PAT)

The candidate selected for the position will undergo a thorough background investigation including a polygraph examination. Once a conditional job offer has been made, the candidate will undergo comprehensive medical and psychological examinations, including a urine drug screen, by City Medical Examiners.
