POLITICAL SCIENCE - The Department of Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo, California, invites applications for a one-year, visiting professor position for our Masters of Public Policy Program (MPP) who will serve as Interim MPP Director and teach some of our core courses in the program. The teaching assignment is 45 units across the academic year, with 8 units (2 courses) per quarter and 4 units (1 course) of assigned time for serving as MPP Director. The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellence in graduate student advising, experience in graduate level teaching, and experience with program administration.

An earned doctorate (Ph.D.) in Political Science, Public Policy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution or international equivalent is required. The position is "open rank." Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
