Position Summary*
The OneCard/Gator Pass Specialist provides administrative and technical support for the OneCard and Gator Pass program. The Specialist functions as a key student/customer support representative for the OneCard/Gator Pass program. This position provides students, staff, and faculty with accurate information about various aspects of the programs in person and by phone and email. The incumbent performs fundamental analysis and troubleshooting of issues to determine the need for escalation to the OneCard lead. The specialist is responsible for taking photographs of students, staff, and faculty and card production. The position is a primary reviewer and approver of photos submitted through the online process and produces the relevant identity cards. The Specialist ensures all images and cards generated meet the card office¿s standards for our campus identity and transit program. The incumbent performs monthly account reconciliations for various campus vendors. This position is responsible for daily collections from Add Value stations on campus. The incumbent conducts collection in dual custody with the Bursar's office; daily collection requires regular deposits.

Position Information
- Counter/front line card and transit support services, including photo taking/reviewing and card production and providing accurate OneCard and Gator Pass program information. This includes basic troubleshooting of cardholder issues/problems.
- Reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts and performing daily collection from Add Value station and making daily deposits.
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications*
General knowledge and skills in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a foundational knowledge of public administration principles, practices, and methods. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience working in a college or university card office.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills; must be detail oriented
- Ability to use a computer and related software: MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with digital cameras and card printing systems using TruCredential printing software.
- Equivalent of two (2) years of progressive responsibility in financial record¿keeping and cash handling.
- Ability to interpret student accounts and utilize logic to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Ability to understand and interpret departmental policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and ability to understand financial record¿keeping methods and practices.
- General knowledge of governmental financial recording keeping.
