The Office of Community Investment & Infrastructure (OCII) is a state-authorized local entity, separate from the City and County of San Francisco. Five Commissioners appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Supervisors govern OCII. OCII employs approximately twenty-six (26) classifications with 44 incumbents.
