In 2016, the Oregon Department of Corrections established a research-based framework to shape and guide all development of current and future leaders. Through rigorous study, subject matter expert meetings, and stakeholder feedback, a team of DOC employees created the following Leadership Philosophy and Leadership Attributes document.
