In Human Resources, our role is to help the Institute recognize people as strategic contributors.  We also help our senior executives craft innovative strategies that allow them to utilize our employee’s talents to advance the Institute’s mission, and to build our international brand and reputation.

We are the people unit. We serve Georgia Tech in a wide variety of ways - ranging from helping managers to identify new talent and hire new employees, to growing and developing our employees through exceptional professional education. We help bring new members of our university community into the institution, and help each to get oriented and prepared. We help to ensure that the Institute’s more than 6,000 employees are paid correctly and on time. And we are available to help when there are challenges. We support employees and managers in addressing complex workplace problems – whether they are matters of structure and organization, or interpersonal.
