Technical knowledge of engineering design and standards, operation, maintenance, and management of drinking water and waste water treatment facilities and distribution/collection systems. Ability to apply broad application of engineering knowledge, relevant policies, and engineering standards. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively prioritize work assignments and manage multiple tasks with varying timelines. Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
