The incumbent will oversee utility-related IT and OT programs and projects, including complex systems, procedures, standards, and policies. The ideal candidate has expert level knowledge of technology infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, applications development, integration, networking, and industrial control systems. They are familiar with smart grid infrastructure and AMI. They provide high-level supporting for these functions and delegate the hands-on work to their staff.
