Job Description

The Role:

The Manager of Marketing Analytics leads analytics and reporting across the full marketing ecosystem, including websites, traditional and AI search performance, social media, advertising, public relations, brand and content initiatives, and new platform launches. This role is responsible for understanding how marketing efforts perform individually and how they influence each other, and for turning that understanding into recommendations leadership can act on. The ideal candidate brings a questioning mindset to the work, identifying what additional data sources should be considered, what the data means, and what it signals for the business rather than reporting on performance alone.

What You’ll Do:
Keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive.

Lead Marketing Analytics
  • Analyze data across the marketing ecosystem to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance across channels.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards, reporting, data pipelines, and analyses using AI tools where appropriate to reduce manual effort and enhance insight.
  • Evaluate data sources and methodologies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that strengthen the accuracy and depth of marketing insights.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve data-informed decisions and strategic execution.
Measure Marketing System
  • Analyze how channels influence one another and evaluate contribution and incrementality to guide marketing effort and investment.
  • Establish consistent metric definitions, benchmarks, and measurement standards across teams, platforms, and agency partners. Deliver Executive Insights
  • Synthesize marketing performance into clear executive insights on what is working, what is not, and what action to take.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership, including tradeoffs, confidence levels, and expected impact; proactively raise material findings when the data warrants it.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, OR a high school diploma plus 4 years of additional equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics with demonstrated success in leveraging data across multiple platforms and channels to drive business growth.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience translating raw data into practical business insights.
  • Experience assessing cross-channel marketing performance, including how channels influence one another, contribution, and incrementality.
  • Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to executive and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience evaluating data sources and methodologies, identifying measurement gaps, and improving what and how the organization measures.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms, such as Sprinklr, Emplifi, Muck Rack, Google Analytics, Profound, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience using data warehouses, such as Snowflake, and SQL to query, validate, and analyze data directly.
  • Practical experience using AI and agentic tools to improve analytics and reporting workflows, with sound judgment about their appropriate use and limitations.
  • Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate, evidence-based decision-making; knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media metrics, and the effect of AI-driven search on marketing measurement.
  • Strong functional proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • All LVCVA Ambassadors are expected to demonstrate “Do the Right Thing”, “Vegas for All”, and “Be Extraordinary” by acting with integrity, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional service in everything they do.
