Intelligence AnalystRequisition: 82304PSEG Company: PSEG Services Corp.Salary Range: $91,100 - $144,200Work Location: Newark, NJJob SummarySupports PSEG's Corporate Security and Properties organization by providing intelligence gathering documents and situational awareness reports. Supports all aspects of our Corporate Security & Properties organization, including intelligence reports for all company sites, Employee and Executive Protection Program (EEPP), situational awareness reports for all travel by employees, work products to enhance our Security Command Center (SCC), and support our Corporate Emergency Management team.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide work products by researching, developing, and analyzing all possible threats to company assets.As the security SME, collaborate with company business units to provide detailed, analytical reports to enhance situational awareness for all company sites, projects, and personnel.Coordinate with necessary law enforcement agencies to ensure that all work products are complete, accurate, current, and consistent with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with all echelons of and DoE and the Intelligence Community to develop organizational relationships, facilitate research, gather mission planning data, and create assessment supporting collection.Provide Intelligence SME advice and assistance to areas of influence to support the overall mission of Corporate Security and Properties.Develop a clear reporting structure of all work product to allow stakeholders to access current information in a timely manner.Job-Specific QualificationsBS in Technical, Engineering, Military Science, or Intelligence-related field plus 6 years intelligence experience, preferably Military or Department of Homeland Security.In lieu of a degree, 8 years of Intelligence experience, preferably Military or Department of Homeland Security.Experience assessing adversary capabilities and integrating that information into intelligence reports for dissemination and briefings.Familiarity with Energy sector threat actors, and the appropriate company response to these actors.Active Secret level clearance and hold that clearance through duration of employment.Advanced knowledge to gather, evaluate, and interpret complex information, requiring significant decision-making.Valid US driver's license as travel to various company locations is required.A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation (is required for this job.
