Assists with joint target intelligence support to dynamic targeting IAW JP 3-60, and joint target intelligence enterprise management (training, automation, standardization, exercise coordination, and readiness), to United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) staffs, sub-unified commands and Components. Develops joint target intelligence training materials and conducts on-the-job training (OJT) for government civilian, military, and contract personnel as required.Coordinates joint target intelligence efforts within the command and its components, other Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Military Targeting Committee, and the Intelligence Community.Recommends joint target intelligence policy changes to Staff and USCYBERCOM staff.Submits all-source intelligence production requirements, intelligence Requests for Information, and intelligence report evaluations.Produces joint target intelligence materials that include, but are not limited to, Target System Analysis (TSA), Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), target graphics, and Battle Damage Assessments (BDA).Uses intelligence automation tools, including National Production Workshop (NPW), Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS), MAVEN, WARPATH, Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2), and Joint Targeting Toolbox Capabilities Package (JTT-CP).Adheres to Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) all-source intelligence analytic tradecraft and standards.Conducts intelligence staff functions, including creating, managing and coordinating responses to formal staff packages, responding to intelligence requests as subject matter experts, acting as subject matter experts during operational, planning, and joint targeting meetings, working groups, and coordination board.Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master's degree.-OR-A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor's degree.Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years).Celestar Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
