Summary

Duties

Performs studies independently or as a member of a group with higher graded analysts/specialists, dealing with interrelated functions and recommends changes where appropriate.

Conducts review and analysis studies pertaining to the mission, policies, operations and functions to evaluate and improve efficiency.

Prepares action plans, milestones, summarizes study results, and prepares briefings as required including in-process reviews and fact sheets as well as completed study packages.

Participates in meetings, conferences and briefings to exchange viewpoints.

Prepares reports with appropriate statistical tables and graphs and necessary visual aids, and initiates correspondence and makes oral presentations.
