Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or SaaS operations
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data validation and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SaaS licensing models, vendor management systems, and compliance processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting SaaS licensing, enterprise agreements, or chargeback models
• Knowledge of software asset management practices and audit readiness
• Exposure to vendor risk and compliance documentation
• Experience with operational reporting, dashboards, trackers, and SOP maintenance

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or software licensing support
