Land Acquisition SpecialistVirginia Beach, VA - VAOverviewSalary Range $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+Commission/yearDescriptionLand Acquisition SpecialistAbout the RoleAs a Land Acquisition Manager at The Boyd Company, you will drive our market strategy by maintaining a strong pipeline of potential land deals. Your days will be dynamic and varied in a hybrid work environment—ranging from sourcing land leads and researching new parcels to building financial models, identifying underutilized properties, and ensuring contract compliance.
