LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary

Duties

You will ensure the organization's digital strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are clearly communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and products.

You will exercise lead responsibilities over a matrixed team of functional analysts, IT specialists, and subject matter experts where the base level of work performed is at the GS-12 level or equivalent.

You will distribute and balance workload among team members, ensuring timely execution of digital projects (e.g., cloud migrations, data dashboard development, workflow automation).

You will monitor the status and progress of work, making day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities; instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques.

You will review completed work for technical adequacy, compliance with instructions, and alignment with command digital transformation goals.

You will serve as the principal leadership advisor on all matters related to digital transformation, enterprise data strategy, and operational modernization.

You will develop, implement, and manage the commands Digital Transformation Roadmap, ensuring alignment with higher-echelon (DPAE-Carriers and PAE-Maritime) strategic objectives.

You will identify and provide solutions for legacy business processes and systems.

You will clearly communicate assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and program issues under review, along with deadlines and timeframes for completion.

You will train and mentor team members in team-building methods and techniques and arranges specific administrative or technical training necessary for accomplishing individual and team tasks.
