Description Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules and daily work plans. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays. Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project management teams. Prepare daily reports documenting site progress, manpower, weather conditions, and project milestones. Lead site safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards. Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities. Profile 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential and/or high-end commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, scheduling, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Proven track record managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. OSHA certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
