Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction projects, focusing on government, aviation, and public commercial work. This role, reporting directly to the Vice President, will manage IDIQ projects ranging up to roughly $10M, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. **APPLY TODAY TO BE IMMEDIATELY CONSIDERED WITHIN 24 HOURS** Client Details Our client is a leading construction firm with over 100 employees and hundreds of subcontractors and consultants. Generating over $100M in revenue, they specialize in secure federal projects, regional municipality work, and high-profile contracts. With a robust backlog going into 2024, they are known for delivering excellence to clients including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and major airlines. Description Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications. Oversee both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress. Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations. Profile The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in engineering or construction management with at least 7 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, or 12+ years of relevant experience without a degree. A strong background in government contracting is preferred, along with proven skills in managing subcontracted and self-performed work. The successful candidate will be proficient in construction-related software, possess safety certifications, and have experience with high-profile clients like HUD and government agencies. Job Offer Will be based in Washington D.C. Competitive salary up to $140K $600 monthly car allowance, gas card, and EZ pass. Paid parking and a 10% performance bonus. 2 weeks PTO, 6 accrued sick days, and standard 401(k) match (50% up to 6%).
