If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Titan Security is currently hiring an Assistant Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.ResponsibilitiesOversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.Fill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions.Trained to cover any position under their supervision.Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections.Provide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories.Review traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets.Provide a summary of patrol activities.Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections.Provide a summary of active security systems and any equipment impairments.Outline a summary of safety concerns.Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.Report a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies.Provide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and BenefitsEducation and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience. Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.Preferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA‑10.Physical DemandsThe physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.Salary & BenefitsBase Salary of $45,760 yearly, plus discretionary year‑end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
