Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for reinforcing the DS mission and strategies through the development and maintenance of resource management processes. Major Duties: Who May Apply: Job Status: Duration Appointment: This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract PSC position. PSCs do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years. Conditions of Employment: Education: Education requirements do not apply to this vacancy announcement. Requirements: Qualifications: Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing and executing financial plans related to resource management issues; Experience initiating, tracking and monitoring financial transactions; Experience developing a variety of written documents policies, reports, justifications, etc.).
