Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Technical Lead to join our team at the Navy Warfare Development Center. In this role, you will support the Maritime Operations Center and the LVC training events. In this role, you will act as technical team lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FST-O training events. As the lead, you will lead event planning, testing, and execution in compliance with NCTE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The perfect candidate will coordinate with NCTE operators, engineers, and MOC training teams to ensure systems and personnel support. Another main responsibility will be to maintain and enhance modeling and simulation tools aligned with Navy doctrine and evolving military capabilities.
