Provide complex statistical modeling and analysis.Evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross‑discipline cooperation and develop recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, minimize internal costs, and increase the overall quality of work, product, or service output.Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes.Employ analysis techniques such as work‑breakdown structures, activity‑based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, program audits/evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering from an accredited college or university. Equivalent specialized experience may be substituted with six years of additional related work experience.Experience: Fifteen years of related experience; at least six years must be direct experience in the following concentration area: MPTE – supports military and/or government or civilian contractor manpower, personnel, education, and training field.Other Qualifications: Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer and/or senior level DoW government experience (GS‑14‑15, O5‑O6) may be considered favorably. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
