Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a 351M Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Instructor to support this mission‑critical program. This is a full‑time, onsite position located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of the intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.ResponsibilitiesLearn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI updates for the courses to remain current, relevant and reflective of Army Transformation. This includes developing and maintaining working relationships with the required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE.Minimum RequirementsTS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)Prior 351M Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses.Must have 8 years of successful experience as a 351M executing or managing authorized intelligence operations at echelons at brigade or above.Knowledge of current policy and doctrine of the 351M MOS, including current changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications, (ATP) Army Regulations, and current DoD Directives.Full HUMINT source operations cycle (e.g., spot, assess, develop, recruit, handle, terminate) and in a variety of operational environments.CI/HUMINT operational management role within an OMT or 2X element is preferred.Experience with single-source HUMINT analysis; MDMP, IPOE; Intelligence Support to Collection; reconnaissance and surveillance planning.Familiarity in the establishment of a detention facility and the management of HUMINT personnel within a detention facility, including overseeing screening and interrogation operations.Preferred QualificationsInstructor CertifiedPrevious experience as an instructor, trainer, or curriculum developerExperience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above)Compensation Details$67,000 - $100,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good‑faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
