Position Overview A 351M Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Instructor, full‑time, onsite at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The role supports the Huachuca Training & Support Contract, delivering world‑class intelligence education, training, and mission support. The instructor will directly contribute to training and developing intelligence professionals safeguarding national security.Responsibilities Learn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI updates for the courses to remain current, relevant and reflective of Army Transformation. This includes developing and maintaining working relationships with required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE.Minimum Requirements TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (US citizenship required to obtain security clearance).Prior 351M Human Intelligence Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses.At least 8 years of successful experience as a 351M executing or managing authorized intelligence operations at brigade level or above.Knowledge of current policy and doctrine of the 351M MOS, including recent changes and fielding of FM, ADP, ATP, Army Regulations, and DoD Directives.Full HUMINT source operations cycle experience (spot, assess, develop, recruit, handle, terminate) in a variety of operational environments.Experience in CI/HUMINT operational management within an OMT or 2X element is preferred.Experience with single‑source HUMINT analysis, MDMP, IPOE, intelligence support to collection, reconnaissance and surveillance planning.Familiarity with establishing a detention facility and managing HUMINT personnel within, including oversight of screening and interrogation operations.Preferred Qualifications Instructor certified.Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, or curriculum developer.Experience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above).Compensation $67,000 – $100,000 annually.
