Our client, a New England contractor trusted for its marine and waterfront work, is seeking a Marine Superintendent. You'll lead crews on unique, high-visibility marine projects where your expertise will be valued and respected.
What You'll Be Working On (And More)
Run the marine scope in the fielddaily operations, subcontractors, schedule, environmental/safety complianceand coordinate closely with PM/PE for on-time delivery.
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
- Manage daily operations for marine construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Solve challenges on site and keep stakeholders informed.

What You Bring
- 8+ years in marine or heavy civil construction.
- Proven leadership in field supervision.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related degree preferred.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
