As a night watchman, you will be responsible for the surveillance of our premises detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts or any other criminal behavior.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Surveillance of premisesPreventing vandalism and theftReporting all criminal behaviorSKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to safely operate a box truck in route-based collection operations.Ability to perform repetitive physical labor, including lifting, stacking, and securing tires.Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while operating as part of a two-person team.Clear and professional communication with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver's license.Education and Experience: Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceEEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
