The Role: Oversee corporate benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with laws and providing expert support to Ambassadors. Independently improves processes and serves as the main resource for benefits and leaves, including FMLA, ADA, and PWFA.

- Own the leave management process, ensuring compliance and accurate eligibility using expert knowledge of relevant laws.
- Prepare and audit monthly benefits billing, maintain data accuracy, and produce reports for leadership.
- Administer COBRA benefits, manage notifications, and coordinate with vendors.
- Lead projects to improve the benefits function.
- Educate Ambassadors on benefits, using data analysis to improve engagement and understanding.
- Answer Ambassador questions, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Manage Workers’ Compensation claims and related activities.
- Organize benefits and wellness events to promote participation and well-being.
- Present benefit plans at New Hire Orientation and conduct enrollment meetings.
- Monitor legal changes affecting benefits, update programs, and audit compliance.
What We’re Looking For:- Previous benefits administration experience required, including research, analysis, and management. At least 4 years of experience in benefits administration preferred.
- Expert knowledge in leave (FMLA, ADA, and PWFA) management and compliance required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and support skills.
- Superior organization, problem-solving, and analytical abilities for complex cases.
- Project leadership and experience driving process improvements in benefits/leave management.
