The Role: The Advertising Manager will provide management and guidance on holistically executing the Las Vegas brand through all forms of creative and sponsorships. This position will ensure an integrated, consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Campaign and Media Management
- Manage integrated marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels, both online and offline.
- Oversee campaign and media execution daily.
- Review media plans for timing, content, flighting, specifications, and deadlines.
- Distribute advertising assets to stakeholders.
Creative and Brand Oversight
- Provide creative direction and feedback to achieve department objectives and timelines in a team environment.
- Attend video and photo shoots to ensure brand representation.
- Assist with writing, proofreading, and editing marketing materials.
Coordination, Reporting, and Market Engagement
- Coordinate and manage internal and external (e.g., agency) project requests.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on advertising initiatives.
- Respond to advertising sales inquiries from partners and prospects.
- Stay updated on Las Vegas and related market offerings.
What We’re Looking For: - High school required; bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, communications, or marketing preferred
- Experience in marketing management
- Extensive experience in project management and branding
- Strong knowledge of media plans and advertising specifications (print and video)
- Drives innovation by proactively tracking and leveraging emerging industry and media trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse groups, i.e., vendors, management, agency, Ambassadors, etc.
- Strong time management - able to handle and prioritize a high volume of requests to meet deadlines
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
- Ability to travel when necessary
