Construction Superintendent

Summary

Well established and respected Pennsylvania based self performing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced ROADWAY SUPERINTENDENT to lead and manage heavy highway construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage crews and subcontractors.
• Assist in planning tasks safely.
• Assist with layout and inspection with knowledge of QC standards.
• Collaborate with the General Superintendent and Project Manager to develop the look ahead schedule.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in heavy highway construction with at least 5 years managing crews.

Required Skills:

• Experience to include: excavation, grading and utilities on large DOT projects.
• Experience with bridgework, MSE Walls, structural concrete and pile driving is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package:

Six figure base salary, use of company provided truck, company paid health insurance benefits, PTO, 401K and more.
