One Force.Location: Sunnyvale, CA ONSITE 1 Shift available Weekdays : Monday to Friday 10PM PT to 6:30AM PT - Monday to FridayAbout The Role As a Mission Intelligence Analyst, you'll serve as a critical human-in-the-loop for Knightscope's security operations, working alongside our autonomous hardware, software, and Knightscope Security Force (KSF) systems. You'll be responsible for verifying and responding to security alerts, investigating incidents as they arise, and helping ensure seamless 24/7 monitoring coverage for our clients. This is an onsite opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in physical security operations. Prior industry experience considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities Providing consistent and constant alert and machine monitoring to provide excellent security and customer service resources for Knightscope clientsIdentifying and solving problems to improve the Mission Intelligence departmentPrepare Daily Security Activity Reports for monitoring periodsPrepare and investigate incidents that occur during your shiftHelp maintain consistent response times and clearance ratesCollaborate with a cross-functional team to keep the fleet active.Required Qualifications Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environmentComfortable in a rapidly changing environmentAble to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with othersOrganized, curious, and willing to learnComputer and internet proficiencyFlexibility and willingness to cover shifts when neededExperience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment (preferred but not required)Background in customer serviceA strong desire to help build the future of securityAttention to detail and sound judgment when responding to alertsCompensation & Benefits Base Salary: $28 - $32 an hour (DOE)Equity: Stock optionsBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time offLocation Requirement: On-site at Sunnyvale HQ#J-18808-Ljbffr
