Summary
What You Do
You help individuals and families understand their options for health coverage and life benefits. That means walking through plan details clearly, answering questions and completing enrollment paperwork accurately. Every conversation is different, and the goal is always the same: make sure the person across from you feels informed and confident in their decision.
How You Learn
No prior insurance experience is needed. Training covers products, enrollment systems and how to guide a client conversation from start to finish. Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. You will practice with real scenarios before handling cases on your own, and ongoing coaching keeps you improving.
Day to Day
Your schedule is built around client appointments and follow-up. You contact prospective clients, present benefit options, help them compare plans and process their enrollment. Between appointments you update records, confirm next steps and prepare for upcoming meetings. Organization matters, and so does patience.
No degree is required. If you are a clear communicator who can stay organized and genuinely wants to help people navigate important decisions, this role is structured to support you from the start.
