Summary

Most of your morning is spent on the phone or across a desk from someone who has questions about their benefits but has not yet made a decision. You guide that conversation from uncertainty to a completed enrollment.

• Review each client's current coverage before their appointment and identify gaps or changes that may affect their options
• Walk clients through available plans, answer questions and help them complete enrollment paperwork accurately
• Follow up with clients who need additional time or documentation before finalizing their selections
• Maintain organized records of every interaction, noting next steps and scheduling callbacks as needed
• Coordinate with your team to keep appointment calendars full and ensure no client falls through the cracks

Build your career as a contractor, with training, coaching, and room to grow. No prior insurance experience is needed. You learn the products, systems and client approach through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching. If you can manage a conversation, stay organized and take ownership of your schedule, the rest is taught.
