Command Self-Assessment Program Lead

You will serve as the Command Self-Assessment Program Lead.

You will prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures, guidelines, and other documents concerning divisional processes.

You will make recommendations for required changes and adjustments to ensure proper and adequate accomplishment of major goals and objectives.

You will guide cross-functional teams to assess performance, analyze processes and systems, and plan and implement process improvements for organizational value gain.

You will develop and implement systems and methods for conducting and evaluating self-assessments and for recommending, implementing, and integrating changes when needed.

You will gather, interpret, analyze, and correlate large amounts of narrative and statistical information.
