The Mission Growth Specialist - Cyber will serve as the business development engine driving cyber capability expansion across our Intelligence Community (IC) and Federal Civilian accounts. Operating as a growth lead for the Cyber Practice, this high-autonomy role drives the adoption of core solutions in security engineering, defensive cyber operations, cyber physical systems defense, and cryptographic resilience by mining existing accounts, driving organic on-contract growth, and capturing new greenfield opportunities before RFPs are released. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience). 10 years of demonstrated success driving business development, capture, or account growth within IC or Federal markets. Proven track record as a self-starter capable of independently building pipelines, exceeding growth targets, and winning prime federal business. Demonstrated experience executing internal cross-selling and organic contract expansion within complex, matrixed government contracting environments. Strong technical acumen with the ability to lead high-level solution discussions with executive federal clients. Preferred Qualifications: Combined background in direct program/technical execution and strategic business development. Established network of customer relationships across IC and Federal civilian accounts. Experience co-capturing opportunities alongside Solutions Engineers or Technical Architects to pre-sell capabilities. Current CI or Full-Scope Polygraph. Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Physical Requirements: Constantly operates a computer and other productivity machinery. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Travel may be required to support client meetings, technical demonstrations, or proposal efforts
