Campus Expansion Manager
HiFi Travel is hiring a Campus Expansion Manager to drive lead generation among decision makers and officers in Greek organizations and registered student organizations. This full-time role focuses on expanding and strengthening HiFi Travel’s presence across universities nationwide. The manager will oversee a team of 2–3 Campus Expansion Specialists, work with the sales team to identify new markets, and recruit and manage Campus Directors.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for the sales team by engaging decision makers and officers within Greek organizations and registered student organizations
- Expand and strengthen HiFi Travel’s position at universities across the United States
- Manage, delegate assignments to, and oversee a team of 2–3 Campus Expansion Specialists
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize new markets
- Recruit and manage Campus Directors
- Build and maintain relationships with campus stakeholders to support bookings and growth
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple projects
- Experience or familiarity with Greek life or campus organizations is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Comfortable managing a small team and delegating work
Compensation
Base salary of $60,000 with OTE of $70,000–$80,000 in year one.
