Locations: Boise, ID or Childress, TX

Compensation: $55-$75/hr + Per Diem + Overtime

We're hiring experienced construction leaders to support some of the largest semiconductor and data center construction projects currently underway in the United States.

This is an opportunity to join a major General Contractor on long-term, high-profile projects where you'll play a key role in driving field execution, maintaining safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering complex construction scopes on schedule.

What You'll Be Building

Boise, ID

• Major semiconductor manufacturing expansion
• Large-scale industrial construction environment
• Long-term project with significant remaining duration

Childress, TX

• Hyperscale data center construction
• Fast-paced mission-critical project
• Long-term opportunity with strong project pipeline

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading daily field operations
• Coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
• Managing structural steel, concrete, foundations, underground utilities, and building envelope activities
• Driving schedule execution through look-ahead planning and sequencing
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Supporting commissioning and project turnover milestones
• Collaborating closely with project leadership, engineers, and trade partners

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of field leadership experience on large construction projects
• Experience managing structural steel, concrete, foundations, underground utilities, roofing, or building envelope scopes
• Background supporting large industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, manufacturing, or data center projects
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, scheduling, and site safety
• OSHA 30 preferred
