Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise subcontractor activities and daily work
  • Lead safety and quality control on site
  • Manage scheduling of materials and inspections
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and safe jobsite


Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
  • Expertise reading and executing construction plans
  • Strong communicator and team leader
  • Committed to safe and respectful project execution
