ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Location:El Paso, TX

Pay:$60–$69/hr.

Per Diem: $168/day per diem | 7 days/week

Schedule: 6x10s | Monday–Saturday | 60 hrs./week

** Project estimated through 03/31/2027 | No rotation **

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale 100 MW power-generation project supporting a data center in El Paso, TX.

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• 6x10s / 60 hours per week
• $168/day per diem, 7 days/week
• No rotation
• Onsite for the duration of the project

What We’re Looking For

• Strong electrical superintendent leadership experience
• Journeyman-level electrical background
• High-voltage experience, including 25–35 kV systems
• Power-generation experience
• Large EPC and/or heavy industrial construction experience
• Electrical installation and underground utility experience
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning experience
• Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, schedules, productivity, safety, and quality
• Procore experience
• OSHA 10 minimum
• NFPA 70E preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
