As a Capacity Sourcing Intern, youll step into the core of our daily operationsmanaging freight movement from booking to delivery.Working alongside our experienced logistics team, you will learn to navigate our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS), coordinate directly with external carriers and clients, and help keep our supply chain moving seamlessly. This internship is designed to give you direct ownership, critical problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive view of modern freight management.What Youll DoShipment Planning & Execution: Learn to process client orders and assist in planning and optimizing freight movement using our internal TMS.Appointment & Carrier Coordination: Work closely with external contacts, carriers, and vendors to schedule pick-up/delivery appointments and maintain operational alignment.Tracking & Visibility: Provide real-time operational updates to both internal leadership and external clients through accurate shipment tracking and tracing.Troubleshooting & Analysis: Assist with auditing operational data, investigating delays, and actively working through real-time logistics challenges to ensure high quality service.
