In addition to daily responsibilities, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a series of structured activities designed to enhance their learning experience including:Co-Op New Hire OrientationSenior Leadership Speaker SeriesSocial & Networking EventsPresentation ChallengesAt the conclusion of this position, co-ops will have increased their knowledge of investing, the mutual fund industry, employee engagement, and a firm understanding of how corporate citizenship works at an asset manager.MFS co-op positions are a 6-month commitment, working Monday - Friday (beginning on Wednesday, January 13th through Friday June 25th, 2027), and work between 35-40 hours. Our program is designed for undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in a co-op program through their college or university and can meet our requirements.JOB SUMMARYSupports the Director of Corporate Citizenship and the team in the implementation and management of the company's community engagement strategy and action plan. In addition, this position may provide support on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, along with other cross-departmental projects and tasks.WHAT YOU WILL DOAssist in the creation and documentation of process and procedures that help support the Corp. Citizenship TeamHelp manage and update the Corp. Citizenship Resource Page on SharePoint.
