Leads work measurement studies to develop engineered time standards and validate manpower requirements.

Performs recurring and special projects.

Coordinate training plans with annexes supporting war, mobilization, contingencies, exercises, and mobility, staffing, utilization, and assignment of manpower resources.

Performs analytical and evaluative duties for management of Financial Management reservist training program.
