What You'll Do
  • As the ATP Program Specialist, you will;
  • Proper and accurate completion and timely submission of required paperwork as required by State and Federal Regulations
  • On call program notes, daily case notes, goal documentation
  • Attend all required scheduled meetings
  • Monitor overtime and hours worked
  • Ensure all individuals and ATP are adequately staffed at all times
  • Monthly site inspections and documentations for all licensed sites and unlicensed sites
  • Incident Management
  • Complete and implement monthly scheduled of activities for ATP

Qualifications
Required
  • Associates Degree or sixty (60) credit hours and four (4) years experience working directly with people with developmental dis-abilities, Mental Retardation/Mental Health Diagnosis
  • Bachelors Degree and two (2) years experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities, Mental Retardation/Mental Health Diagnosis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing, documentation, financial, and math skills
  • Excellent organization skills, detail oriented
  • Team Player
Preferred

• Experience facilitating person-centered planning meetings • Experience with quality assurance, compliance, or documentation review processes • Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) principles

Schedule

• Full-Time • Primarily office-based position • Occasional travel to program locations and meetings • Flexible scheduling as needed to support ISP meetings and stakeholder participation

Physical Requirements

• Primarily seated administrative and computer-based work • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally • Ability to travel to community, residential, and program settings as needed • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
